Did we learn anything?

From two years ago, March 23, 2020.

“In three short months, just like He did with the plagues of Egypt, God has allowed everything we worship to be taken away. I can imagine God saying, “You want to worship athletes? I will shut down the stadiums. You want to worship musicians? I will shut down Civic Centers. You want to worship actors? I will shut down theaters. You want to worship money? I will shut down the economy and collapse the stock market. You don’t want to go to church and worship Me in fellowship with others as I designed? I will make it where you can’t go to church.”

Second Chronicles 7:14 says, “If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”

Maybe we don’t need a vaccine, Maybe we need to take this time of isolation from the distractions of the world and have a personal revival where we focus on the ONLY thing in the world that really matters in the end. Jesus.

I stand with what is written in the Book of Joshua, Chapter 24, Verse 15, “But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord”.

Keep looking up. Be the love that others need to see. Forgive and seek forgiveness. Encourage, assist and inspire others around you. Pray like no one is watching and you will still be heard. U-turns are still allowed! YOU ARE LOVED. HANG IN THERE!”
