Brief update

Howdy,
We head off to Alaska this next week. I know, I know I didn’t have to say that. But we need the R&R. That’s part of spiritual wanderings, recharging the batteries.
I’ve had a touch of Pneumonia this past week. I’m better now.
I’m told not to make declarations like that. Acknowledging an illness. But, the Lord reminded me of Paul’s asking for his thorn in the flesh to be removed.
We’ve done mostly nothing at our new home this week. Resting and getting well.

In Alaska I intend to rest, read, study, and write.

I’ve just published all 3 books, Climbing Mount Everest, parts one through four, How to Accomplish Your Spiritual Goals, into one book. Hardcover and paperback. Jessica, our niece redid the cover. I completed a lot of edits. It’s available on Amazon.

Crossing the Kidron Valley is a book the Lord is prompting me to write next. It’ll be in three parts;
1. History and geography of the valley.
2. When David crossed the valley after his son Absalom rebelled against him.
3. When Jesus crossed the valley to Gethsemane the night before Crucifixion. Part 3 will start with upper room discourse in John.

I pray you guys are well.
